Hello, my name is Ilyana, I'm 22 years old and I'm an accounting/HR assistant. I discovered mystery coloring completely by chance a few months ago on TikTok. After liking accounts based on mystery coloring/cozy coloring, where people talked about it as a "refuge" and a way to "clear their head," I thought, why not try it too; especially since I was going through a period of intense stress.

So I started almost 5 months ago and I'm delighted. It's my favorite time of day, where I disconnect from the outside world, where I relax and don't think about everyday problems. I recommend this activity to anyone who is naturally anxious and looking for a simple way to find enjoyment ;)
